Structured data extraction

Pulling typed, validated fields out of a conversation for use in other systems.

Structured data extraction turns the free-form content of a call into typed, validated fields, for example an order number, a budget, a callback time, or a reason for the call. Instead of a paragraph of notes, you get clean data your CRM and reporting tools can use directly.

When extraction runs automatically on every call and syncs to systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, it removes manual data entry and makes call content queryable alongside the rest of your business data.
