Agent assist

Real-time guidance shown to an agent during a live call.

Agent assist provides real-time guidance to an agent while a call is happening: suggested answers, reminders of required steps, knowledge-base lookups, or compliance prompts. It draws on live transcription to understand the conversation and surface help at the right moment.

Agent assist is about the live call, whereas automated QA is about reviewing calls afterward. Many operations use both: assistance in the moment and scoring after the fact.
