Real-time transcription

Transcribing speech as the conversation happens, rather than after it ends.

Real-time transcription converts speech to text live, as a call is happening, rather than processing the recording afterward. It enables in-call experiences such as live agent assist, instant search, and on-the-fly compliance checks.

Real-time transcription is more demanding than post-call processing because it must keep up with the conversation, so there is often a trade-off between immediacy and accuracy that depends on the use case.
