Data subject access request (DSAR)

A request, under laws like GDPR, for the personal data an organization holds on someone.

A data subject access request, or DSAR, is a request made under privacy laws such as the GDPR for the personal data an organization holds about an individual, and in some cases for that data to be deleted. Call recordings can contain personal data, so they fall within scope.

Responding well means being able to find every call associated with a person quickly and act on it, which depends on good search, speaker-aware indexing, and a clear audit trail.
