The short version

Privacy policies are long, so here is the honest summary:

  • -

We set analytics and advertising cookies only if you click Accept. Decline, and your visit is not tracked.

  • -

The contact form sends us exactly what you type: your name, email, phone, and message. We use it to reply, nothing else.

  • -

Call recordings and voice data inside the IdentityCall platform belong to our customers. We process them only on their instructions.

  • -

The platform runs in EU data centers (Hetzner, Finland).

  • -

Email info@identitycall.ai and we will show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you.

Data we collect on this website

Contact form. When you write to us through the contact page, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you enter. The form is delivered by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which passes your submission to our inbox. We use it only to respond to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Cookies and analytics. This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode. By default, all analytics and advertising storage is denied. Only if you click Accept in the cookie banner do we enable analytics cookies, advertising storage, and ad personalization signals. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage), so we do not ask again. Legal basis: your consent.

Technical logs. The website is served through Cloudflare's network, which processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, fast website.

Changing your cookie choice

If you decline cookies, no analytics or advertising tags are activated. To change a choice you already made, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.

Data processed in the IdentityCall platform

If you create an IdentityCall account, we process your name, email address, and account settings to provide the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Creem; we do not store card numbers.

Call recordings, transcripts, analysis results, and voice profiles are uploaded to the platform by our customers or created from their recordings. For this data, our customer is the data controller and Wise Monks, UAB acts as a processor: we process it only on the customer's instructions and under a data processing agreement.

Voice profiles are biometric data. Customers who use speaker recognition are responsible for having a lawful basis, such as the explicit consent of the people being identified, under the laws that apply to them. Voice profiles and recordings can be deleted independently of each other, and customers set retention periods after which recordings are deleted automatically.

If you have spoken with a company that uses IdentityCall and want your data accessed or deleted, the fastest route is to contact that company directly. We will assist them, and you can always write to us as well.

Who we share data with

We never sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run IdentityCall:

  • -

Hetzner (Finland): hosting for the IdentityCall platform, in EU data centers.

  • -

Cloudflare: delivery of this website and encrypted backup storage.

  • -

Google: audio transcription in the platform (Gemini models) and, with your consent, Tag Manager and Analytics on this website.

  • -

OpenAI: text embeddings and text-to-speech in the platform.

  • -

ElevenLabs: text-to-speech for virtual number greetings.

  • -

Telnyx: virtual phone numbers and call delivery.

  • -

Formspree: delivery of contact form submissions.

  • -

    Creem: payment processing.

  • -

HubSpot: only when a customer connects their own HubSpot account to sync call data.

International transfers

IdentityCall's primary infrastructure is in the European Union. Some of the providers above are US companies. Where personal data leaves the EU, we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or on Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

  • -

Contact form messages: for as long as we need them to help you; ask us and we delete them.

  • -

Account data: for the life of your account, then deleted or anonymized.

  • -

Recordings and analysis in the platform: for the retention period each customer configures; expired recordings are deleted automatically.

  • -

Cookie consent choice: stored in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@identitycall.ai and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Platform access is protected by role-based permissions and optional multi-factor authentication, and backups are replicated automatically. The platform runs in EU data centers.

Children

Our website and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top. Significant changes to how we handle platform data are announced to customers directly.
